This attraction operates Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day. Warning! You will get wet. Cooling off on a hot Minnesota day is a must. This ride provides a scream-filled plunge that does the trick. The Wave packs one serious splash! Hop aboard our 20-passenger boats and get lifted 50 feet above the river below. And before you know it, you’re plunging back down a 50-degree drop at 40mph. This ride’s sure to make a splash for those who dare the dive! Onlookers will gawk at the size of the massive wave this ride creates. Make sure to stay on the observation deck after you exit the ride for a second, head-on splash. After the ride, hop into our family-sized dryer or enjoy cooling off even more by riding again and again. Are you ready for the wettest ride at Valleyfair? You won’t be able to miss this ride directly at the front of the park. Guests must be 46" tall to ride. Maximum Weight – 3,400 lb. per boat.
