Pretzel Haus Delights

•    Bratwurst – Served in a pretzel roll. Cooked in beer, butter and onions. Finished off on the grill •    Pulled Pork Slider on a Pretzel Roll – Slow cook pork marinated in onions, apple juice and spicy brown mustard seasoned with salt, pepper and garlic •    Kielbasa & Sauerkraut Served on a Roll – Slow cooked kielbasa with sauerkraut, brown sugar and beer •    Bavarian Pretzel – Served with beer cheese Gutentag One Man Band Prost, y’all!
