Dragon Swing

Come aboard this swinging boat for a most memorable voyage above the Alebrije Gardens. Inspired by the brightly colored Mexican folk art sculptures of fantastical creatures, this vessel will take you on a fun-filled adventure. Originally designed and built by legendary theme park ride designer Wendell “Bud” Hurlbut, and opened in 1980. Riders sit as the vehicle sways forward and backward, higher and higher until it is nearly perpendicular to the ground at the end of each swing. Height Requirement: 48 inches or 42 inches and accompanied by a supervising companion.
