Flamingos

Busch Gardens is home to Lesser, Chilean and Caribbean Flamingos. In the wild, flamingos can be found in the Caribbean, South America, Africa, and small parts of Europe and Asia. These bright-colored birds get their pink colors from the pigments in the algae and shrimp that they eat. You can find these beautiful birds flocking together in the Bird Gardens, as well as Animal Connections in Nairobi.
